- Implement and manage effective project cost control systems

- Deliver accurate cost reporting and strategic financial insights to leadership
- Support collective agreement development and execution
- Coordinate invoicing documentation, including statutory declarations and compliance certificates
- Prepare and submit LEM reports, progress billings, invoices, and holdback releases
- Validate third-party invoices and reconcile electronic billing with client systems
- Monitor equipment usage, rental agreements, subcontractors, and ensure contractual compliance
- Support project managers with change orders, payroll coordination, payment resolution, and month-end journal entries

Description
As a Project Accountant, you will ensure the accurate and timely entry and reporting of financial data within the company’s systems. Your key responsibilities will include managing accounts receivable, subcontractor payments, payroll processing, equipment time tracking, accounts payable, and supporting month-end close activities. You will collaborate closely with management and project teams to guarantee data accuracy, timeliness, and completeness.
