- We have an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and analytical student to support our Service organization through a hands-on CRM integration project.
- This internship will focus on integrating existing service operations — specifically service cases and service quotes — into our Salesforce CRM platform.
- The role will collaborate closely with Service, Sales, and IT/CRM teams to translate current workflows into standardized, scalable Salesforce processes that improve visibility, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Document and analyze current service workflows, including case management and quoting processes
- Map service activities and identify key data requirements for CRM integration
- Assist in configuring Salesforce objects such as Cases, Work Orders, and Quotes
- Support the design of standardized processes that improve handoffs between Sales and Service
- Contribute to dashboard and reporting development to enhance data visibility for leadership
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to gather requirements and validate system functionality
- Assist with user testing, process validation, and documentation of best practices

Structured summer program including networking events, professional development opportunities, and team-building activities
Social outings and engagement events with fellow interns
