Requirements
  • Minimum six years of recent experience with broad based compensation and expertise in base pay as well as variable compensation programs
  • Experience in a business/financial services consulting environment or other high growth industry
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills required to consult, as well as partner with senior leaders and HR Business Advisors
  • Must have strong analytical, troubleshooting, and organizational skills as well as the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
