On the discovery and engineering team at Dovetail Therapeutics, you'll lead and contribute to discovery, engineering, and optimization of therapeutic antibody candidates, leveraging deep expertise in antibody/protein science, molecular biology, and biotherapeutic discovery. You will collaborate with cross-functional internal teams and CRO partners to design and advance novel biotherapeutic programs, developing and implementing innovative strategies, methodologies, and AI/ML-driven structural modeling approaches to accelerate workflows and guide design. You’ll also apply state-of-the-art antibody engineering, sequence analysis, and computational tools to optimize molecular properties and effectively analyze and communicate findings to internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
