Requirements
  • 4- 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing campaign management, customer engagement, or a related area.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with experience coordinating cross-departmental teams.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin, with excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proven experience with customer acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and apply data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior and social media platforms
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for beauty and household products and understanding of respective customers
  • Positive attitude and flexibility to accommodate evolving business needs
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in e-commerce or consumer brand industries.
  • Previous involvement in leading customer engagement campaigns across diverse channels.
  • Please note that this role is responsible for planning and executing product-focused campaigns across our website and app to promote our products, such as new launches, seasonal promotions, bundles, and growth initiatives.
Education
  • (Not required) – Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communication, or a related field.
