Responsibilities
- Provide help with arrival and dismissal of students
- Supervise the transition of all students to their daily activities
- Help with Attendance and constant supervision of all grade level students
- Organization, dispersing and collection of supplies
- Helping with the distribution and cleaning up of snack and daily used spaces
- Supervision of students during after care programs
- Working alongside and reporting to both the after school manager and coordinator daily
- Supervising students transitions outdoors to local parks
- Supervising appropriate usage of technology including but not limited to conduct, treatment of supplies and locking up of equipment
- Ability to work with other adults in a lead or assistant teacher role
- Coverage of classes when absences occur

We are looking for dedicated, mission-aligned after school teachers who have a passion for bilingual immersion.
Reporting to our After School Manager and in collaboration with a diverse and committed School community, you will support our efforts to provide educational enrichment, sports, and art opportunities to our After School Program.
If you have experience with children in a camp, after school or school setting and are interested in assisting in providing a range of classes and activities that support the overall well-being of students bring your talent to our After School Team at School in the Square.
Come share in rewarding fun-filled afternoons while honing your teaching talent weekdays throughout the academic year.
Our After School Part-Time Teachers
We are looking for both Lead and Assistant After School Part Time Teachers who are talented and enthusiastic educators that will bring their creative talents to our unique program.
Availability to work Monday through Friday 3:15 PM - 6:00 PM
Coverage of classes when absences occur
This is a part time role and does not include benefits.
