Responsibilities
- Manage, coordinate and oversee all financial activities of the company
- Managing affiliated companies accounting
- Timely preparation of all financial reports including monthly financial statements, management reporting, and cash flow reporting
- Full ownership of monthly close and financials including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow
- Review royalty reports for licensing relationships
- Coordination and oversight of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes including aging, currently using Ramp for expense management and accounts payable
- Inventory accuracy and reporting, including a weekly inventory reporting cadence
- Produce sales reporting by customer, and by product, and by project, and trend analysis by program or customer
- Build models and provide data backed analysis to support new product investment decisions and market expansion, including profitability, ROI, and payback period modeling
- Identify profitable versus unprofitable products and translate findings into clear recommendations leadership can act on
- Aggregate and synthesize inputs from sales and marketing into finance narratives for leadership decision making Education & Skills:
- 7+ years in accounting roles with progressive increasing responsibility
Commitments
The Director will report directly to the Founders of the company and is required to be in the office occasionally, with flexibility for hybrid work.
