Requirements
  • This dynamic role is ideal for an attorney with one or more years’ experience and an interest in developing their knowledge and skills in public finance transactions while working closely with experienced partners.
  • Interpret laws, rulings and regulations in relevant areas of the law
  • Knowledge and understanding of municipal bond financing, real estate finance transactions or economic development transactions or a strong desire to learn about such practices
  • Strong organizational and matter management skills
  • Work effectively under pressure and to meet deadlines

  • Work professionally and collaboratively with partners, associates, and support staff

  • Must be currently admitted to practice in the Ohio with an active bar license in good standing or able to be admitted within the first year of employment

  • (Required) – Minimum of one years’ experience working within a legal field, experience in public finance, government finance departments, real estate, investment banks and institutional lenders, or other providers of capital in connection with economic development transactions or tax-exempt financings preferred but not required Position Information Status: Exempt Salary Range: $150,000-$170,000 annual base salary, commensurate with education and experience Work Arrangement: Hybrid , Preference is given to candidates in the Columbus area, but candidates across Ohio are encouraged to apply.
