Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing operations, campaign management, or similar role.
  • Experience with content management systems.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Technical proficiency with digital marketing platforms (CMS, app management, e-commerce, rewards, and campaign tools).
  • QA & troubleshooting mindset with a meticulous eye for detail.
  • Strong project coordination—able to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
  • Analytical thinking—comfortable working with data, reports, and technical systems.
  • Collaboration & communication skills—able to bridge marketing, creative, and IT functions.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and website health monitoring tools (Google Search Console, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS basics and Google Tag Manager are a big plus.
Preferred Skills
  • Bloomreach and Django are considered a plus.
  • Exposure to marketing automation tools, rewards/loyalty platforms, or e-commerce systems preferred.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and website health monitoring tools (Google Search Console, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS basics and Google Tag Manager are a big plus.
Education
  • (Not required) – Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
