Responsibilities
- As an Assembler at our Avon Lake facility, you’ll be a critical part of our manufacturing team.
- You’ll work on an assembly line to build and test components, ensuring each product meets our high standards of quality and reliability.
- You'll use tools, machines, and work instructions to bring our products to life—while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work area.
- Working as part of an assembly team to build products according to specifications
- Reading and interpreting production routings, blueprints, and bills of material
- Operating hydraulic/manual presses and simple assembly machinery
- Pulling parts and materials needed for assembly tasks
- Completing accurate labor documentation and inventory tracking
- Maintaining clean and orderly workstations in line with safety and 5S standards
- Participating in cross-training and supporting other assembly tasks as needed
- Following all safety protocols, including proper use of PPE and knowledge of MSDS
- Adhering to work schedules including start/end times, rest breaks, and cleanup periods.
