Requirements
- Experience managing personal or business social media accounts with a following or creating content (Reels, TikToks, Stories, etc.)
- Strong understanding of social media trends, tone, and platform best practices

- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Hands-on experience in social media marketing within the student housing industry
- Exposure to brand strategy, content planning, and community marketing

The Social Media Intern will work closely with our corporate marketing team and onsite property teams to support, guide, and elevate social media content across multiple communities.
