Requirements
  • 6 - 8 years of experience in performance or digital marketing, ideally within an agency setting
  • Proven track record managing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • DV360 a plus
  • Deep understanding of key performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, etc.) and optimization levers
  • Deep expertise in paid social and paid search.
  • Strong analytical mindset and comfort using tools like Google Analytics, Looker, or Tableau.
  • Exceptional communication skills and able to present strategy and performance clearly and confidently
  • Strategic thinker who thrives on connecting data insights with creative storytelling
  • Highly organized multitasker who can manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative, proactive, and passionate about culture, live experiences, and audience engagement
  • Experience leading client relationships and influencing decision-makers with data-backed recommendations.
