  • Experience collaboratively developing and implementing bioinformatics pipelines.
  • Experience with spatial data analysis including multiplex IHC and CODEX.
  • Familiarity executing bioinformatics pipelines in local UNIX/Linux environments and cluster execution (LSF).
  • Proficiency in scientific programming languages including Python and R.
  • Willingness to learn new platform, perform and trouble shoot new integrative analysis across platforms, and work with a large multi-disciplinary research team.

Preferred Skills
  • Master’s degree or PhD in statistics, bioinformatics, computational biology, or related field.
  • Experience analyzing large cancer-related single-cell/nucleus sequencing datasets, including custom subclustering, cell annotations as well as the ability to do integrated analysis with ATACSeq data.
  • Experience analyzing exome and Bulk RNA sequencing.
  • Experience collaboratively developing and implementing bioinformatics pipelines.
  • Experience with metabolomics or spectrometry-based proteomics.
  • Experience with spatial data analysis including multiplex IHC and CODEX.
