Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of Delivery Drivers to ensure delivery procedures are executed to Company standards
- Demonstrate a desire to learn and willingly accept stretch projects
- Assist the Delivery Director in budget planning and monthly expense reconciliation
- Manage all personnel issues including training, evaluating, disciplining and following up on driving team concerns
- Recruit, train, supervise and evaluate department staff
- Ensure that all safety and compliance policies and procedures are followed
- Ensure proper handling of all invoices and money for assigned team
- Respond to all customer related issues in a timely manner to ensure positive relationships with customers
- Work with routing team and Drivers to continually optimize the efficiencies of local routes
- Develop and maintain positive, cooperative and team-oriented relationships with co-workers, supervisors, managers and others you come into contact with throughout your job
- Adhere to all state liquor laws and regulations
- Complete all other tasks or projects as assigned

Requirements
- Adhere to all state liquor laws and regulations
- Ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external customers
- Effective coaching and leadership development skills
- Lift/carry and push/pull 35 lbs. repetitively, moving kegs up to 165 lbs.
- Bend/stoop/crouch/squat/use arms/wrists/hands/grasp
- Use of industry tools: hand truck, six wheeler, manual pallet jack, box cutter
- Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL) required
- Maintain a valid driver license with acceptable driving record
- Minimum three (3) years previous driving experience
- Minimum Five (5) Years Supervisory Experience
- Two (2) years Delivery or Fleet Management experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Strong working knowledge of FMSCA/DOT/OSHA regulations
- Working knowledge of Fleet Management and Warehouse Management Systems
- Effective project management skills, including the ability to interpret data and design processes and/or work flow
- Knowledge of Collective Bargaining Agreements and experience supervising within one (for Washington only)
Preferred Skills
