Requirements
  • 3–5+ years of hands-on experience running and scaling paid performance campaigns at high-growth B2SMB SaaS or consumer tech companies.
  • Expertise with Meta Ads, Google Search & YouTube, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Proven track record of managing $1M–$5M+ annual paid media budgets and achieving (beating) ROAS/CAC goals.
  • Strong knowledge of attribution models, event-based tracking, and pixels/conversion APIs (GA4, Meta CAPI, Segment).
  • Bonus: Instrumentation platform management
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in spreadsheets and behavioral analytics tools for slicing campaign data and evaluating audience performance.
  • Experience launching international, language-localized campaigns a plus.
  • Exceptional copywriting instincts and taste in performance creative that converts.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup—bias for action, no ego, full accountability.
