- Provides personal, academic, and career advising to potential and current program participants/ students.
- Conducts individual and group workshops.
- Collaborates with faculty and staff to ensure optimum support.
- Generates and coordinates outreach activities.
- Provides academic, career, and personal advising to potential and current program participants/students
- Assists with identifying and selecting new participants
- Develops Educational Plans, monitors participants’ progress, refers participants to counseling as needed
- Assists students with completing financial aid and scholarship applications, writing essays, and forming attainable academic and career plans
- Maintains accurate and timely documentation of all necessary data to ensure compliance with the U.S.

- Assists with metric tracking and report preparation
