We are seeking an experienced HighJump WMS Implementation Specialist to lead, configure, and support the deployment of the HighJump Warehouse Management System across our facilities.
The HighJump WMS Implementation Specialist at FW Logistics is responsible for leading the design, configuration, and rollout of the HighJump Warehouse Management System across FW’s warehouse network, ensuring the system aligns with real-world 3PL operations and customer requirements. This role partners closely with warehouse leadership, IT, and operations teams to translate processes such as receiving, inventory control, picking, packing, and shipping into effective WMS workflows, manages testing and go-live support, trains end users to drive adoption, and provides ongoing optimization and troubleshooting to improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability across dry, food-grade, and temperature-controlled facilities.
