  • Strong editorial instinct and storytelling ability, paired with data-driven decision-making.
  • Exceptional collaboration skills—able to influence and partner with a variety of cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

  • Passion for the creator economy and a genuine belief in Patreon’s mission.
