Requirements
  • Proven experience in account/relationship management, business development or client-facing role
  • A proven track record of successful project implementation in a software or systems environment; international implementation experience considered an asset
  • Experience in working with multi-geographical customers, providing timely support remotely and in-person.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously in a deadline-oriented environment
  • Proven experience in project management area.
  • Polished, professional image and excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills a must.
  • This position interacts with clients face-to-face and via phone/Internet on a regular basis.
  • The ideal candidate will be experienced and comfortable speaking with large groups and C-level executives
  • Detail oriented and analytical
  • Excellent organization, written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Previous experience working with technology products, mobile, digital products, online marketing, or content management experience preferred
  • Previous experience in marketing, casino operations or equivalent is an asset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to travel is required
