Project Summary
We are seeking a motivated graduate intern to develop and implement a bioinformatics pipeline for identifying paired heavy and light chain antibody sequences from single-cell RNA sequencing data. The intern will build a customized immunoglobulin gene reference data set, run and optimize a V(D)J informatics pipeline, and perform clonotype analysis and preliminary repertoire characterization. This project supports ongoing antibody development in our lab, with opportunities to contribute to novel repertoire discovery.
Pay Rate: $24.00 an hour
