Responsibilities
- The Wellness Coordinator is responsible for managing the Resident Care Department schedule, specifically shifts and assignments for Resident Care Associates.
- The Wellness Coordinator will also be assigned caregiving shifts as needed to provide coverage or support.
- Manage call outs, time off requests and other issues with the schedule, finding appropriate coverage per state requirements and community guidelines
- Provide RCA coverage as needed if openings in the schedule cannot be filled
- Spend quality time with seniors and provide direct personal care
- Join or lead fun activities of your choice with the residents
- Track care and other tasks with our easy-to-use electronic health record system
- Assist the housekeeping team with light housekeeping services
- Escort residents to meals and assist with dining services, as needed
