We're seeking a Senior Decision Scientist to join our Decision Science and Data Engineering (DSDE) team supporting analytics across Cox Automotive's Retail business. This role focuses on independently building and deploying production-grade AI machine learning solutions that drive business decisions for Retail analytics teams.
You'll work directly with stakeholders to understand business requirements, develop and execute data models using advanced ML algorithms, and translate technical work into actionable insights. Compensation
Compensation includes a base salary of $89,400.00 - $134,000.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
