  • Experience with financial modeling, quantitative analysis, or regulatory/contract interpretation is a plus.
  • An understanding of communications technology, connectivity construction, and/or labor services procurement is beneficial.
  • Prior experience in procurement, supply chain, management consulting, finance, or a transactional legal environment.
  • Advanced degree (MBA, JD, MS, or related) preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience with contract management, commercial negotiations, or Statements of Work strongly preferred.
  • Experience in telecommunications, cable, broadband, or connectivity-infrastructure environments is a plus.
  • Proven experience applying financial analysis, economic reasoning, and quantitative modeling to support business decision-making.
  • High proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and Smartsheets or similar project-management tools preferred.
Education
  • (Required) – Bachelor’s degree required; fields such as Engineering, Economics, Finance, Business, or Supply Chain / Operations preferred.
