Responsibilities
- Vertiv is seeking a Materials and Manufacturing Planning Analyst to provide insight into materials and manufacturing performance and drive measurable improvements in customer on-time delivery.
- Performance Monitoring: Track delivery KPIs (On-Time Delivery rates, service levels) using real-time data.
- Problem Solving: Conduct deep-dive trend and root cause analyses to identify improvement opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Planning, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Engineering, and Customer Service to align on underlying root causes and actions plans.
- Data Aggregation: Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple sources to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- Reporting: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to track KPIs and business performance.
- Communication: Create summaries and presentations on performance, trends, and actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Your expertise will help shape Vertiv’s materials planning framework and support continuous improvement initiatives to achieve global operation’s goals.
Commitments
The role is primarily based in an office environment but may requiring site visits and interaction with production teams.
Required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhere to safety protocols.
The role involves extended periods of sitting in front of a computer.
Occasional standing or walking may be required during meetings, presentations, or site visits.
Work is primarily conducted in an office environment with controlled temperature and lighting.

Requirements
