- Act as a trusted financial advisor to the CFO, CEO, executive leadership team and PE sponsor
- Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial planning Develop volume- and acuity-based financial models, including payer, procedure and provider mix reimbursement impacts
- Oversee enterprise financial reporting, dashboards, and KPI development
- Provide financial analysis for service line performance, labor management, provider compensation, supply utilization, capital investments, and strategic initiatives
