Responsibilities

On the Asset Management team at Tishman Speyer, you'll provide analytical support for existing office and retail properties, including valuations, cash management, hold/sell and sensitivity analyses, leasing deal analysis, and market research using third-party data and broker input. You will prepare presentation materials, lead annual budgeting and reforecasting with cross-functional teams, and help execute or establish asset business plans in collaboration with investment partners. You’ll also support capital transactions such as refinancings and dispositions, and track and analyze ongoing capital projects with design & construction and property management teams.

You should demonstrate a clear passion for real estate and intent to build a principal-side career, and compensation is structured with a base salary range tailored specifically to Tishman Speyer’s San Francisco team and market.

Requirements
  • 1-3 years (analyst) or 3-5 years (associate) of in-office experience in an analytically rigorous Real Estate or Finance environment
  • Evident passion for real estate and desire to build a career on the principal side
  • Strong creative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently, but also collaborate with team members
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient in Excel, ARGUS Enterprise, and financial modeling
  • Thorough understanding of real estate valuation and underwriting fundamentals
  • Unwavering attention to detail
  • Prior in-office experience is required.
