Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of Private Equity M&A HR, human capital, and employee benefits experience with deep knowledge of deal cycles, deal structures, value drivers, and the M&A landscape.

  • Proven client acquisition and relationship management skills managing complex, multi-level stakeholder relationships.

  • Collaborative team player who proactively fosters internal partnerships and navigates effectively across diverse business units.
