- THE OPPORTUNITY UCG is seeking a Senior Consultant or Manager to support a range of accounting and finance focused client engagements.
- This role is ideal for professionals with a strong foundation in financial accounting, financial reporting, or auditing who are looking to apply their expertise in a dynamic consulting environment.

- You will partner with client teams on initiatives related to corporate accounting and finance processes, while also gaining valuable exposure to utility operations.

- Strong understanding of U.S.
- GAAP guidelines and internal controls
- Experience with month‑end close, financial reporting, and account reconciliations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to learn new concepts quickly
- Ability to understand client needs, execute structured work plans and adapt effectively in dynamic environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships
- Deliver high-quality work products with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
