- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Minimum 15 years of experience supporting programs within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and/or Department of Defense (DoD).
- At least 10 years of specialized experience in Federal Real Property Management within DHS and/or DoD, including responsibilities such as: property acquisition, asset optimization, space planning. portfolio management, compliance with federal regulations and policies.
- Minimum 10 years of experience leading and directing complex, large-scale programs or projects within DHS and/or DoD, including coordination across multiple teams, agencies, or contractors.

D&G Solutions is seeking a Program Manager to support a U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) enterprise program focused on modernizing civil engineering, facilities, and capital planning operations. This role will provide overall leadership and oversight of a multi-disciplinary support team and serve as the primary interface with government stakeholders. The program manager will ensure contract compliance, and drive execution to meet cost, schedule, and performance objectives while supporting executive priorities and oversight requirements.
