Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of sales development or business development experience in the software development industry
- A clear communicator with experience in cold calling & making outbound phone calls and emails
- A minimum of 3 years of Customer Service experience
- Must have professional proficiency working with HubSpot and/or other CRM Systems
- Must have professional proficiency working with Google Suite or Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Inbound & Outbound Sales tools (Automation, Bots, etc.)
- Experience with sales or customer service in the DBMS industry
Preferred Skills

As the first point of contact for prospective customers, the Sales Development Representative (SDR) is a key player in fueling the sales pipeline. This role will support sales efforts by identifying, qualifying, and contacting potential new customers for FairCom's database software solutions.
When you join our team you will gain experience in the next phase of the Industrial Revolution, Industry 4.0! You will work with the world's first converged IoT & IIoT hub, FairCom Edge, a solution providing real-time data and seamless integration for manufacturers across the globe, as well as our data modernization product, RTG, and our core product , FairCom DB, a n advanced database engine focused on reliability and scalability. This role is a perfect mix of technical sales and customer service with a trusted leader in database technology.
