Requirements
- Proven experience delivering roadway design projects for state DOTs in OMI and municipalities, including geometric design and safety improvements.
- Previous experience leading teams and providing mentorship.
- Strong understanding of AASHTO design standards, roadway safety principles, and multimodal considerations.
- Excellent communication skills—verbal and written—with technical writing expertise.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Ohio, Michigan, or Indiana (or ability to obtain).
- Proficiency in design and analysis tools such as MicroStation, OpenRoads Designer, ArcGIS, and traffic analysis software (Synchro, Transmodeler).
Preferred Skills
