Requirements
  • Conduct credit, structural, and collateral analysis of real estate-related securitized products, including Agency RMBS/CMBS, private-label CMBS, GNMA construction-related MBS, REIT and other real-estate-backed debt instruments
  • Gain exposure to additional fixed income sectors, including investment-grade and high-yield corporate credit, derivatives, real estate development finance, and mortgage-related structures Minimum Qualifications
  • 5–10+ years of relevant experience, depending on level, in real estate credit, securitized products, or related fixed income markets
  • Demonstrated experience performing credit analysis and investment research on real-estate-backed debt or structured products
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and written communication skills
  • Ability to operate effectively in a team-based, investment-driven environment Preferred / Differentiating Experience
  • Experience with construction-related real estate development financing
  • Exposure to HUD lending programs, mortgage insurance, bridge financing, LIHTC/HTC, or other structured real estate credit
  • Buy-side experience working with institutional clients such as endowments, public pensions, or multi-employer union retirement plans
