- In this role, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping AI-driven customer experiences.
- You will design and build intelligent systems that enable natural, engaging conversations between users and the platform, translating high-level product initiatives into scalable, reliable, and well-tested technical solutions.
- This role is highly hands-on and leadership-oriented.
- You will set technical direction on complex initiatives, mentor engineers, and help evolve our AI and LLM-driven infrastructure.
- You will work closely with Product, Data Science, and other engineering teams to solve ambiguous problems and deliver meaningful outcomes.
- Lead projects end-to-end: identifying opportunities, designing solutions, and driving implementation
- Establish technical standards, conduct thoughtful code reviews, and mentor engineers across the team
- Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate with external partners and third-party platforms
- Normalize, rank, and evaluate outcomes using ML-driven predictions to guide optimal user flows

- Proven ability to lead complex projects from concept through delivery
- Strong experience with Node.js and TypeScript in backend systems

- Experience building and scaling backend services in distributed systems
- Excellent written communication skills, particularly in asynchronous tools and technical documentation
- Prior experience influencing product decisions and technical strategy
