- Co-own the flights PnL with Product counterparts
- Define the overall Marketing Strategy for Flights Vertical
- Execute the strategy: spearhead the development, execution, and optimization for growing Agoda’s Flights business on different channels (e.g., CRM, Paid Peformance marketing, pricing)
- Guide, coach and manage a team who
- Conduct end-to-end analysis of large, complex datasets related to channel performance, user behavior, and market trends, translating raw data into actionable insights
- Develop hypotheses, design experiments (e.g., A/B tests), and build structured analyses to rigorously evaluate campaign effectiveness and drive data-driven decisions for channel growth
- Partner closely with various business functions, especially Marketing Accommodation, Flights product and flights supply, to identify opportunities, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets using different techniques and tools such as SQL or Tableau to drive meaningful initiatives
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of business initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Communicate complex findings, performance updates, and strategic recommendations clearly and concisely to key stakeholders, including senior management
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of analysts and managers; participate in hiring and onboarding new team members.

- Extensive Experience: 10+ years in Data Analyst position or otherwise in projects involving big data — preferably in the tech, e-commerce, or digital marketing industry.

In this role, you’ll get to:
