- Oversee all clinical and financial operations of the Palliative Care Program.
- Establish, implement, and evaluate goals and objectives that support quality patient care and sound financial performance.
- Meet and exceed growth and development targets at the branch level.

Requirements
- Registered Nurse with prior Home Health, Hospice, and/or Palliative Care experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of healthcare administration/operations management.
- Prior budget development and financial management experience required.

- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong knowledge of patient-centered care delivery and engagement models.
