- Client Service & Transaction Support: Perform routine and non-routine client service and transactional support functions within a daily operations environment.
- Reconciliation & Problem Solving: Read notices and external documents, reconcile data discrepancies related to rates, maturities, and payments, and escalate issues appropriately.
- Analytics & Reporting: Support analytics and reporting needs while contributing to improvements and automation of transaction processing systems.
- Stakeholder & Portfolio Support: Liaise with internal teams, including Corporate Actions, and support assigned portfolios from onboarding through maturity; interact with issuers and brokers and manage a high-volume ticket queue (approximately 800–1,000 items).

The position is based in Pittsburgh, PA , with an onsite expectation of 4 days per week , working 8:00am–5:00pm ET .
This is a hands-on role with structured training, shadowing, and a ramp-up period of approximately 2–3 months.
