- Evaluate revenue mix, margin performance, utilization, and scalability across
- Reliability service offerings
- Analyze wage-based pricing models, particularly within the R&C business, to ensure labor economics are accurately reflected
- Review discounting practices, customer profitability, and pricing consistency across regions and service lines
- Partner with Sales and Operations to ensure pricing decisions support margin targets, competitiveness, and growth objectives
- Support data-driven decisions related to market entry, service expansion, and exit strategies
- Perform ROI, payback, and utilization analyses to support capital allocation and investment decisions
- Monitor financial and operational KPIs at the division and service-line level
- Identify areas where performance is off-track relative to plan or expectations and conduct root-cause analysis
- Partner with operational leaders to develop improvement plans and track execution against targets
- Prepare and present financial results, forecasts, variance analyses, and insights to executive and operational leadership
- Support annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning process

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field 2–5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or a related analytical role
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working cross-functionally with Operations and/or Sales preferred
- Ability to clearly communicate financial insights to non-financial stakeholders

Position Summary
The FP&A Analyst will support financial planning, performance analysis, and strategic decision-making across the Reliability business. This role partners closely with Sales, Operations, and leadership to evaluate profitability, pricing, utilization, and growth opportunities.
