- Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications supporting construction operations
- Build and support integrations between construction platforms (e.g., ERP, project management, estimating, scheduling, document control)
- Collaborate with construction and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver practical, user-focused solutions
- Develop APIs, data pipelines, and automation to improve data accuracy and reduce manual processes
- Support field technology initiatives, including mobile applications and remote access.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application and integration issues
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes

Commitments
1-month paid sabbatical after every five years of employment, plus $5,000 for travel
