Requirements
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in business development, revenue, or enterprise sales in digital marketing and advertising technology within professional services space.
  • Proven track record in high-value, complex professional services deals, with demonstrated success of sourcing and closing net new business acquisition and revenue growth in digital transformation, customer experience design, and marketing technology.
  • Experience building and scaling high-performing sales teams after establishing personal success and credibility through direct sales achievements.
  • Results-driven, action-oriented leader who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments—able to quickly assess opportunities, pivot strategies, and execute decisively across multiple service offerings while operating independently.
  • Strategic thinker with high emotional intelligence, known for leading with influence, clarity, and conviction—even amid ambiguity and change.
  • Deep-rooted relationships across Professional and Managed Services in the AdTech and MarTech ecosystems, paired with strong ability to position comprehensive digital experience services, customer experience transformation, and technology enablement solutions to executive decision-makers and C-suite leaders.
  • Experience in selling Agency and CRM Services with Salesforce, Adobe, Braze, SAP, Databricks, Sitecore or other industry-leading MarTech platforms, including Epsilon product integration, analytics, implementation and operations.
  • Demonstrated expertise in selling services that span the full spectrum from strategy (digital transformation, AI strategy, customer experience modernization) through execution (loyalty programs, journey orchestration, campaign automation, web/mobile development).
  • Deep understanding of services that modernize marketing investments including enterprise tech & data strategy, customer experience design, personalization & offer strategy, journey & campaign orchestration, and marketing automation.
  • Familiarity with technology enablement services including web & mobile development, campaign automation platforms, AI & machine learning applications, and data/analytics environments.
  • Vertical versatility with experience selling across industries including Healthcare, Travel & Hospitality, Technology, Media & Entertainment, QSR/Restaurants, Retail, CPG, Automotive, Financial Services, and Nonprofits, with tailored messaging to align with specific industry challenges.
  • Ability to position and articulate the value of integrated service offerings that deliver efficient, effective, data-driven, and meaningful marketing outcomes for clients.
  • Entrepreneurial approach with comfort operating as an individual contributor while simultaneously building the foundation for future team growth and scale.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive presence with ability to articulate complex service offerings and their business value at the highest levels.
  • Ability and willingness to travel as needed to support business development activities.
