Responsibilities
- The Nashville office has an opening for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to assist with administrative functions and perform daily receptionist duties.
- Assist attorneys and staff with booking conference room meetings and events
- Order catering for meetings when requested, keeping a detailed log of all receipts
- Set up and break down meetings and meals as needed
- Ensure that all conference rooms and the break room are clean, organized, and fully stocked with beverages and supplies
- Confirm all video meetings and other technical needs are properly set up; assist IT remotely as needed
- Create WebEx meetings when requested and send to appropriate parties; coordinate conference center calendar
- Assist with reception duties; answer phone lines and meet/greet clients and guests
- Assist with receiving and coordinate delivery of FedEx, UPS and USPS items
- Order office, break room and conference center supplies
- Assist with internal office meetings and holiday/office events
- Assist with large print jobs; light document processing
- Coordinate processing of administrative invoice payments
- Assist with new hire and visiting attorney office set ups

- Minimum 1-2 years of catering and/or receptionist experience; prior conference center or hospitality experience a plus

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
