Mid-Senior level Posted March 4, 2026 Job link
Responsibilities

On the research team at Oxford BioTherapeutics, you'll independently design, execute, and analyze key in vitro and ex vivo translational research experiments to discover and characterize novel tumor-associated antigens, evaluate and optimize ADCs with varying payloads and DARs, and identify PD biomarkers, mechanisms of sensitivity/resistance, and combination strategies to advance the ADC pipeline. You will leverage a wide range of cutting-edge molecular, cell-based, bioanalytical, and computational (ML/AI) techniques, expand in-house ADC toxicity capabilities, and conduct detailed antibody binding, stability, and functional characterization, while collaborating cross-functionally to drive ADC candidate selection and lead optimization toward discovery goals. You will also lead programs, prepare patents and publications, and supervise, mentor, and train junior staff while fostering a culture of scientific excellence, urgency, critical thinking, and continuous learning.

Commitments

You are expected to be highly self-motivated, ready to learn new methods, and will receive a benefits package that includes up to 120 hours of PTO in the first year (with increases over time), 5 sick days per year, and 11 paid holidays.
