- Outbound Sales and Campaign Execution Design and execute targeted outbound B2B campaigns using email phone and LinkedIn Identify ideal customer profile accounts and generate qualified opportunities Test and refine messaging cadence and conversion performance
- Laboratory Services Growth Support outbound programs for laboratory testing calibration and validation services Partner with regional sales managers to develop lab focused opportunities Track performance forecast demand and identify trends
- Sales Enablement and Training Train sales team members on HubSpot CRM best practices Support onboarding with CRM processes and sales operations documentation
- Cross Functional Collaboration Coordinate with marketing on lead flow handoff processes and account based campaigns Align with laboratory operations on capacity pricing and turnaround times Support clean opportunity handoffs between inside and field sales teams
