Requirements
  • A motivational and strategic leader with a track record of building, scaling, and developing high-performing teams, particularly in early-stage career development.
  • Minimum of 2+ years as a top-performing SDR and at least 3 years of experience managing SDR teams.
  • Strong expertise in inbound and outbound processes, with hands-on experience optimizing sales development strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Operations and Executive Leadership.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft, HubSpot, or similar sales tools.
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a strong focus on execution.
  • A commitment to being in our Midtown office with the team 5x days per week.
