Requirements
  • Identify and escalate upstream data quality issues; collaborate on validation rule development for financial datasets (budgets, rent rolls, capital tracking)
  • 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, financial reporting, or data analytics
  • Commercial real estate experience required, including familiarity with operating metrics, fund structures, and investor reporting
  • Proven ability to build and deliver production-grade Power BI solutions for leadership and external stakeholders
  • Advanced Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling, performance optimization, row-level security)
  • Strong SQL and advanced Excel (financial modeling, Power Query/Power Pivot)
  • Experience with Python (data manipulation/automation) and Power Automate
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric/OneLake and version control (Git/GitHub)
  • Knowledge of institutional fund reporting (LP/GP structures)
  • Exposure to FP&A visualization tools (e.g., Zebra BI)
  • Microsoft Fabric DP-600 certification
  • Strong commercial real estate acumen
  • High attention to detail and accountability for investor-facing data
  • Collaborative, cross-functional mindset with data and IT teams
