Responsibilities

On the brokerage team at JLL, you'll support a dedicated utility client’s multi-year Surplus Property initiative by managing program workflows, tracking critical pathways through due diligence and approvals, and serving as a key point of contact for project tracking, management, and reporting. You will build detailed financial models and analyses, synthesize data from multiple sources, review and abstract real estate documents, and develop benchmarks and KPIs to inform negotiations and evaluate portfolio performance. You’ll also manage reports and data in Salesforce, proprietary software, and Excel, support brokers with market research and client-ready presentations, and help organize and oversee the brokerage team’s active projects and client activity history.

Requirements
  • 1-3 years of real estate experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Financial/analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team to build relationships and interact effectively with business partners
  • Self-motivating and proactive individual who is detail-oriented, has strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under deadlines without clearly defined direction
  • Ability to multi-task, work successfully under pressure and effectively manage workload
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Education
  • (Required) – Bachelor’s degree required
  • (Not required) – Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate,or Finance preferred
