- 7+ years of finance experience in high-growth startups, ideally through multiple stages of scaling
- Strong hands-on financial modeling skills—you build models from scratch, not just review them
- Experience creating and presenting board-level financial reporting
- Familiarity with both SaaS/subscription and transactional revenue models
- Strategic thinker who can translate financial data into business insights
- Detail-oriented with uncompromising standards for accuracy and integrity

About The Role
We're looking for a Director of Finance to own financial operations and build our FP&A function. This is a hands-on role—you'll run the numbers, not just review them.
You'll be the financial architect as we scale through our next growth phase. From monthly close to Series B/C preparation, you'll provide the insights and rigor that enable smart decision-making across the business. This role reports directly to the CEO and will be critical to our fundraising, planning, and operational excellence.
What You'll Do
