Requirements
  • 5+ years of related work experience in demand generation, or integrated campaign management, Within the life sciences, biotechnology, or scientific instrumentation industry preferred, but not required
  • Proven track record of developing and launching successful marketing campaigns that generate leads and increase measurable revenue impact
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated creativity in the execution of multi-channel communications and marketing campaigns

  • Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels—email, web, SEO, SEM, and social media—and how to integrate them into cohesive campaigns
  • Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress or similar)
  • Excellent data analysis and reporting skills to measure marketing ROI and identify areas for optimization
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on ability to execute and manage multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information into compelling messages for scientific audiences
  • Collaborative and proactive team player, comfortable working across global teams time zones, sometimes requiring early or late team meetings
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on lead generation, pipeline growth, and revenue contribution
  • Must pass a health screening

Education
