- Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, identifying trends, variances, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models to support operational decision-making, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Assist in the development and reporting of KPIs to track the financial and operational performance of ambulatory services
- Conduct regular analyses of physician productivity, compensation, and performance metrics, providing recommendations for adjustments and improvements
- Assist with annual budget process for ambulatory services, working closely with department managers to develop realistic financial targetsCollaborate with operational leaders to analyze and improve the financial performance of various ambulatory clinics, including patient volume, payer mix, and service line profitability Partner with senior management on strategic planning initiatives, including market analysis, business case development, and financial impact assessments
- Lead special projects and financial analyses as requested by senior leadership, such as benchmarking, productivity studies, and cost-benefit analyses

The Financial Analyst II i s r esponsible for providing comprehensive financial analysis, reporting, and decision support to UCM Care Network. This role includes supporting physician compensation analysis, developing and maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs), and providing data-driven insights through advanced data analytics. Financial Analyst II will collaborate closely with operations and finance leadership to drive financial performance, optimize resource utilization, and support the strategic objectives of the medical center.
Essential Job Functions
