- Own forecasting, budgeting, spend visibility, variance analysis, and KPI standards so leadership trusts the numbers and runway.
- Lead accounting, general ledger, monthly close, external partners, controls, and audit readiness as the company scales.
- Own revenue cycle performance with full visibility into claims, denials, AR aging, collections, vendor SLAs, and escalation paths.
- Build payer-level and service-line profitability views to support new state launches, contracting, and pricing decisions.
- Drive margin through unit economics modeling, identifying improvement opportunities, and running initiatives to outcome.
- Partner with functional leaders on financial tradeoffs while hiring and building a high-performing finance team and operating rhythm.

You’ll work in a hybrid setup based in downtown San Francisco while helping build the finance foundation of a category-defining company.
Location information:
We are based in downtown San Francisco and value in-person collaboration.
Team members are required to be in the office 2-3 days each week, with the flexibility to work remotely on other days.

- Experience building finance at a venture-backed startup.
- Strong healthcare background with insurance and RCM exposure.
