- Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide variety of furniture items.
- Implement efficient warehouse storage practices to maximize space and preserve the quality of items.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement inventory control systems to ensure accurate records and timely replenishment.

Position Summary
The Warehouse Supervisor, Off the Floor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the furniture bank's warehouse. This includes managing inventory, coordinating furniture donations, overseeing staff and volunteers, and ensuring that the warehouse operations align with the organization's mission to provide furniture to individuals and families in need. The position reports to Light of Life's Senior Manager of Gift-in-Kind and is accountable to achieve mutually determined goals.
